Base on the like of predictive and proactive maintenance technologies; we keep absorbing and developing the new maintenance information and hoping to continue the new technologies and ideas according to the traditional maintenance skills and strategies.
LeadFar has three main departments: Sales and Technical Training Department, Predictive Maintenance Service Department, and Proactive Maintenance Service Department
Responsible on the product developing, selling, maintenance system's regulation and training, adjustment technology's translation and assist the customer to build up a Reliability Maintenance System.
Responsible on the technical services of vibration analysis, thermal image analysis, lubrication analysis, routine data collection and monitoring, overall plant inspection, and new machine condition evaluation to assist the customers to implement the predictive maintenance.
Responsible on install the laser geometrical measurement and adjustment (including the parallelism, flatness, squareness, straightness, and line bore.), vibration trouble shooting (including field balancing, laser shaft alignment, and resonance correction) to assist the customer to do the proactive maintenance and improve the products quality.
